Who operates this site and what we collect
This website is operated by Beijing Weilanyu Technology Co., Ltd., which is responsible for personal information submitted through the contact form. For privacy questions, contact hello@futura-io.com.
When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect what you choose to provide: name, company, role, work email, phone or WeChat, a description of your workflow or use case, and how you heard about us.
Contact-form records are not supplemented with your IP address or browser User-Agent. Routine access logging is disabled in production. Only when the service encounters an error may the infrastructure create a minimal diagnostic log, which can include technical details such as the time, request path, and network address, but not the contact-form body. These logs are retained for no longer than 14 days under the server's rotation policy.
How we use it
This information is used only to respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation, and conduct any business discussions that follow. We do not sell or rent it, use it for unrelated purposes, or use it to train models.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are stored in a hosted environment managed by Futura and are accessible only to authorized personnel for their assigned duties. Local prospect records are generally kept for no more than 24 months after the last substantive contact. If contract discussions or an engagement begin, or a longer period is required for legal obligations or dispute handling, retention follows the applicable contract or legal basis. Local records are then deleted or anonymized. Notification copies in Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Mail are managed under Futura's mailbox retention and deletion process; when we receive a valid deletion request, we also address the local records and mailbox copies that we control.
To route enquiries promptly to the responsible team, we use Resend to send internal notification emails, which are received through Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Mail. The overseas recipient is Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend; support@resend.com). Through its API, we transmit the name, company, role, work email, phone or WeChat, referral source, and workflow description solely to create, transmit, and secure this enquiry notification. Email is routed through Resend's Tokyo sending region, but the sending region does not determine where data is stored. According to Resend's current documentation, account data—including email metadata, logs, and API records—is stored in the United States, while message content and related email data are generally retained for 30 days; Resend and its authorized subprocessors may process this information outside China. After delivery, a copy is also stored in Futura's Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Mail account. Client project data
This notice applies only to this website. In client engagements, data categories, purposes, processing locations, third-party processors, access, retention, and deletion are governed by the signed contract, data-processing agreement, and NDA. Futura processes client data only within that agreed scope.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you at any time. Email the address below; after verifying your identity, we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
